CANCELLATION & RETURNS

POLICY

You can return a product to us given it is defective or damage UPON DELIVERY has made. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Merchandise must be in original packing. Due to hygienic and health reasons, products that come in contact with the body can not be returned. Items such as Body braces, Egg crate cushions, Compression Stockings etc.

How to Return Product to Us

We will arrange a Return, Exchange, Refund as soon as we are contacted. It is customer's to inspect goods on receipt for damage. We must be notified within 48 hours through call, text message or email. Returns should be made within 7 days of the date of your Delivery Note. Returns made outside of 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

A refund will only be credited back to the account which was used to make the original purchase. You will be asked to confirm account details again in order to process a refund. We will only refund to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase, so please ensure you have your bank account info or credit card available.
