Description

AUTOMATIC X-RAY chemical is an all liquid concentrated chemistry for the processing of medical X-Ray films in automatic roller transport processors.  The chemistry comprises the AUTOMATIC X-Ray Developer & Replenisher and the  AUTOMATIC X-Ray Fixer & Replenisher.

• AUTOMATIC X-RAY Developer & Replenisher is a 3-Parts chemistry used to prepare either a Developer working tank solution or a Replenisher solution to maintain the activity of the tank solution as films are being processed through the processor.

Process Parameters:

• Temperature – 30°C  ~ 35°C
• Repl.Rate* (ml/m²) – 400
  • The amount of films processed daily.
  • The particular developer temperature chosen.
  • The size of the films being used.

   • pH (25°C) -10.30 ± 0.05
