How to Wear:

1. Measure around the patient’s neck for accurate sizing. If the measurement falls between sizes, select the larger size first.

2. Position the collar with the chin resting on the molded chin support.

3. For supine patients, slide the back part of the collar under the neck until the Velcro® strap is visible.

4. Secure the Velcro® strap to the fastener on the side of the collar. Adjust for a snug fit, ensuring the chin is supported. If the patient experiences hyperextension during tightening, choose a smaller size.

Sizing: Measure around the circumference of the neck to determine the correct size:

• Small: 25.4-33.0 cm / 10-13”

• Medium: 33.0-40.6 cm / 13-16”

• Large: 40.6-48.3 cm / 16-19”
